Jill Quinn Babcock is an artist working in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada. Mostly self taught, she has spent her life drawing and painting, using all media, but is truly addicted to watercolour. When Jill looks at the world, she sees subtle moments which seem to tell a story or evoke an emotion.
